There are two tiers of rewards which are available depending on how long you have been a member of the scheme. If you have been a member of the Scheme for less than one year, tier one rewards are available to you. If you have been a member of the Scheme for more than one year but less than two years, tier one rewards and tier two rewards are available to you. 

Within the reward tier(s) available to you, you must have sufficient Reward Points to obtain the reward selected.
