Q. When will the Countrywide Rewards scheme come to an end?

A. The Countrywide Rewards scheme will end on 30th April 2012.

Q. When is the cut off point for collecting new reward points (i.e. from renewals only)?

A. Existing Rewards account holders may accrue points between now and 31st January 2012.

Q. When is the cut off point for redeeming reward points?

A. As of 30th April 2012, you can no longer redeem points against any Countrywide reward. Any outstanding reward points which you have after this date, and which have not been redeemed, will be lost.

Q. How do I find out how many reward points I have?

A. Simply enter your username and password within the allocated section to the right of this page. These were sent to you automatically, via email, once you had registered for the scheme.

Q.  I have lost my login details, how do I find out what they are?

A.  If you have lost your login details for your Countrywide Rewards account, please call 0800 881 5803 or email rewards@countrywiderewards.co.uk

Q. How can I redeem my reward points?

A. Points can be redeemed by accessing your account on the right hand side of this screen, using the username and password details that you received, via email, after you activated your account online.
 
Once you have accessed your account, click on “view rewards” to reveal all the rewards which are available to you. Please make sure you read the individual terms and conditions of each reward before redeeming.

Once you have decided to proceed with a reward, simply click on the “add to basket” link. When you have finished shopping for your reward(s), click on the “checkout” button. Once you’ve proceeded through to the checkout, points will be deducted from your total.

Please note: Points cannot be added back into your account so please make sure you’re happy with your selections before clicking on the checkout button.

Q. I have accessed my account, however I don’t think the right amount of points have been allocated to me?

A. For an up-to-date list of the points gained for the products you have purchased, please click on the “About Rewards” tab within this website, followed by “Point Allocation”. If you still have a query, then please either phone: 0800 881 5803 or email: rewards@countrywiderewards.co.uk.

Q. I have a question regarding a reward that I am interested in taking, or have taken, who should I speak to?

A. In the first instance, please refer to the individual reward “Terms & Conditions”, which can be found under each reward offer, once you have accessed your reward account.

Q. I have redeemed points against a certain reward, however I have now changed my mind. Are you able to place these points back into my account?

A. No. Once points have been redeemed against a reward, the points will automatically be debited from your point’s total.

Most rewards have a “view before you redeem” function, allowing you to ensure that the reward selected is right for you, so please make sure you’re happy with your selection before clicking on the checkout button.

Q. Will the vouchers for rewards I choose have an expiry date? How long are vouchers valid for?

A. Each reward available has its own set of terms and conditions. Please ensure that you refer to these individually for information on any expiry dates that may be applicable.

Q. Can I redeem my points against any other Countrywide product (e.g. estate agency fees)?

A. No. The rewards available for redemption can be found within the 'About Rewards' tab.
